Send a logo, a character or a rough sketch. We prepare the print file, cut the die and print up to 15 colours — with a physical proof in your hand before anything goes to mass production.
Custom printing fails in two ways: the colour is wrong, or the artwork does not survive the curve of an inflated balloon. Both are decided before production starts — by how the file is prepared and by whether anyone printed a proof on the actual film.
We run the whole chain in one workshop: film lamination, printing, die cutting, valve sealing and packing. That means the person who approves your proof is standing next to the press that will run your order.
Logo, illustration, photo or full campaign artwork. Up to 15 spot colours, Pantone matched.
Print on an existing die from 50 pcs, or cut a new outline from 5,000 pcs.
Gloss, matte, metallic or reflective coating depending on how it will be displayed.
Header card, hang tag, poly bag, gift box, barcode and multi-packs under your brand.

Three costs sit under every custom quote: the die (one-off), the print setup (per colour, per run), and the unit cost of film plus labour. The die is a one-time charge — on a repeat order it should disappear from the quote.
Colour count is the lever most buyers underestimate. Dropping from eight colours to four can change the unit price more than doubling the quantity. If your artwork has gradients, ask whether process printing or a reduced spot palette gets you close enough.
Packaging is the third lever and the one that is easiest to check: ask what the carton contains, how the header card is attached, and whether the barcode is printed or stickered.
| Item | What to send |
|---|---|
| Artwork | Vector file, or a clear reference image if you want us to redraw |
| Size | Target inflated size, or the retail space it has to fit |
| Quantity | Per design, and how many designs in total |
| Packing | Poly bag, header card, box — and whether it needs a barcode |
| Market | EU or US changes the certificate and labelling requirements |
| Timing | When it has to be on the shelf, not when it has to ship |
Tell us what you need — size, quantity, market. We reply with unit price, MOQ and lead time.
